The film is basically about a don who is hunting for his heir. Anupam Kher plays the don. Music Director, Roop Kumar Rathod, has composed the music of the film.

Character Sketches: Mungilal (Anupam Kher) - In his early 50s, Mungilal is a Don, living in Bangkok for the past 15 years. He left Mumbai & settled here after the heat of law started falling on him in India for his shady activities.
He is an emotional and basically good - hearted Bhai, who has never believed in marriage, though having a rather colourful past, otherwise, from his early days, his constant companion has been his friend Jignesh.
ignesh (Satish Shah) - Also in his early 50s, he is a smart Gujrati from Mumbai. Though good in studies, he had remained close to Mungi because of their friendship.
He also migrated from India along with Mungi and is now his confident, adviser and business manager - all rolled into one character.
Rahul – He is a young guy, who aspires to become a Cine-star. So enamoured is he of films that his whole persona reflects the filmy style. A complete go-getter & wants instant fame & money. His girlfriend is an Item-Number Queen.
Shivani (Aarti Chhabria) - A sexy Item-Queen in the film industry, she is a craze all over. An extremely dominating and sharp girl, she loves Rahul immensely. However she is a total control-freak in her relationship with him.
Ranbir (Sammir Dattani) - A young guy, who has apparently come from South Africa. He has a typical way of speaking a strange mixture of Hindi and English.
On face he comes across as a very innocent and simple guy, but actually he is a smart crook who wants to grab quick riches.
Jiya (Shama Sikandar) - A long-time Girl friend of Ranbir, she is sexy and smart and wants to live life to the hilt. She doesn’t mind earning a fast buck, even if she has to make up false appearances for it.
Fursat Lala (Gulshan Grover) - In his 50s, he is an ambitious Don, who also migrated from Mumbai some years back. He wants to take over Mungi’s domain in Bangkok. He is a little thick in the brain.
Zac- He is a young boy, who is the son of Fursat Lala and a great admirer of Hindi films. He wants to be a director.
His father, on the contrary, wants him to do the family business, but Feroz’s only interest in his father is confined to having him fund his film, which would be a remake of ‘Mughal – e – Azam’, in another context.
Hot Aarti Chhabria: Aarti has been working round the clock for her next film, ‘Dhoom Dhadaka’. Playing an actress and item girl in the film, Aarti is all set to showcase her fabulous dancing skills.
The item number called ‘Hari Om’. It is one the hottest numbers you will ever see on screen. In fact, it is also the most expensive & grand shoot anyone has ever done in recent times. This is definitely one hot number to watch out for!
Story: Mungilal was once a small time Bhai in Mumbai, way back in the 70’s. Jignesh was his friend cum business advisor. When the law-enforcing authorities turned the heat on the Bhais in Mumbai, the two fled to Bangkok.
Now in Bangkok, Mungilal has become a don. An All Asian Bhai Meet is being held in Mumbai.
In the discussion, a rival Don of Mungi’s, Fursat Lala proposes an ambitious plan for a piece of land in Alibagh and puts across a valid argument that in their business, it is very important to have an heir.
Since Mungi has no one it is decided that Fursat Lala should be made the new Don of Mumbai. However, Mungilal assures the syndicate that he has an heir, who he will present before them in a month’s time.
Fortunately, Mungi and Jignesh find a letter of Mungi’s estranged sister Angoori. The letter reveals that Angoori gave birth to Kamal, who looks exactly like Mungi.
Mungi is thrilled and resolves to hunt for his nephew in Mumbai where he comes across Johnny English, a detective, who promises him to find Kamal in 20 days. In return, Mungi promises to pay 50 lacs.
