Arushi Murder Case is solved by Police, Police has arrested Parents Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar.
The Noida police finally arrested Arushi Talwar’s parents Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar. Dr. Rajesh’s friend and assistant Dr. Anita Durrani was also arrested. The police confirmed that they have been arrested on charges of murder of Arushi and Hemraj. The Noida SSP had yesterday hinted at the possible angle of honour killing.
The Noida Police had earlier visited Haridwar today, where Arushi’s last rites were performed. The police immediately swung into action after returning from Haridwar. According to the police, Nupur was not at home when the murder took place. Arushi’s head was first banged to the wall. Later, her vocal cord and jugular cord were slit. It has been confirmed that both murders were committed by Dr. Rajesh Talwar, who had extra-marital affairs with Anita Durrani. Arushi and Hemraj knew about their relationship.
Unconfirmed sources said that both Rajesh and Anita have confessed to the crime. Nupur was arrested for abetting the crime. The UP IG held a press conference at 4 PM to divulge the details of their findings. Read more about the press conference here. Dr. Rajesh Talwar has been remanded to a 14-day judicial custody.

Based on the publicly available information thus far, it’s not clear to me whether the Talwar case is a dishonor killing case.
But I hope justice is served.

A new revelation has come in which explains not only the killing but also the behaviour of the mother Nupur, as also the Durranis and indeed the police.
WIFESWAPPING .
There is ground to believe the swapping between Talwars-Durranis extended to their social circuit as well.Can you think of any other reason which explains all? None.
The Talwars, and the Durranis ,had to silence both Arushi & Hemraj. So both killings were deliberate.
This also explains the shameless behaviour of Nupur Talwar, and the mutually supportive praise between the Talwars & Durranis.
