Reliance Industrial InfraStructure Ltd., member of Reliance Group, is engaged in construction and setting up of industrial infrastructure and project related activities. The company was incorporated in September 1988 in the name of Chembur Patalganga pipelines.
The company is involving in a project for the laying of two cross country pipelines from Bharat Petroleum Corporation`s refinery at Chembur in Bombay to Reliance Industries Limited Petrochemicals complex at Patalganga. The pipelines would be used for transport of its petroleum feedstock. The pipelines would be owned, maintained and operated by the company under an agreement entered into with RIL.
